These terms govern your use of the Capital M Welding and Fabrication website and your request for our services. By using this site or contacting us, you agree to these terms.

Quotes and estimates

Estimates are provided free of charge and are based on the information you give us. Final pricing may change once we inspect the job, the metal, the access and the finish required. A quote is not a contract until both parties agree to the scope and price in writing.

Workmanship

We perform welding and fabrication to professional standards and stand behind our work. Any warranty on a specific job is described at the time of that job. Normal wear, misuse, alteration by others, rust from lack of maintenance, or damage from accident or weather beyond reasonable expectation are not covered.

Scheduling and emergency work

We answer emergency calls 24 hours a day and respond as quickly as conditions allow. Response times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by weather, travel and job volume.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed before work begins. Deposits may be required for fabrication and materials. Online bill pay, where offered, is processed by a third-party provider under their own terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Capital M Welding and Fabrication is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
